(Commission cap for Zero) Zero walked through the muddy streets of Axel, cursing his luck. The simple monster-hunting quest had gone terribly wrong when he'd mistaken a harmless protected farm slimes for the target creature. Now he faced punishment from the local mage guild. "Enter," called a gruff voice when Zero knocked on the weathered door of Lyndar's Magical Emporium. The shop smelled of burnt herbs and ozone. Lyndar himself stood behind the counter, a thin man with unnaturally bright eyes and fingers stained with alchemical residue. "Ah, the incompetent adventurer," Lyndar said, lips curling into a smile that didn't reach his eyes. "The Guild Master informed me of your... mishap." Zero shifted uncomfortably. "Look, I can pay for damages..." "No, no," Lyndar interrupted. "Gold won't suffice. Your carelessness destroyed a rare specimen I'd commissioned. The punishment must fit the crime." Before Zero could protest, Lyndar's hand shot forward, pressing a strange rune against his forehead. The world spun violently. "Wha... what're you doing?" Zero stammered, his voice already changing, thinning. "Teaching you perspective," Lyndar said calmly. "For one year, you'll serve as something useful, something that actually helps adventurers rather than destroys property." A strange heat flooded Zero's body. "Nnnnngh!" he groaned as his limbs began to soften. His fingers stretched impossibly thin, merging together like melting wax. His legs did the same, elongating and flattening. "Please... stooooop!" Zero tried to shout, but his mouth was disappearing, his entire face smoothing out into nothingness. "Too late," Lyndar murmured, watching with clinical interest. The transformation accelerated. Zero's consciousness remained horrifyingly intact as his body lost all human structure. His skin changed texture, becoming fibrous and stretchy. His internal organs dissolved, replaced by a uniform material throughout. "Mmmmph!" The sound was barely audible as Zero found himself completely flat, stretched out, his entire being compressed into a long strip of fabric. "Perfect," Lyndar said, collecting the bandage that had once been Zero. "White cotton elastic bandage. Useful for adventurers with sprained ankles or other injuries." Zero tried to scream but couldn't make a sound. He could still feel, in fact, his sensitivity seemed heightened. Every fingerprint of Lyndar's hands created intense pressure sensations across his fibrous body. "Let's see," Lyndar muttered, dropping Zero into a bin with other medical supplies. "The shipment for the Blue Leaf village leaves today. That should be educational for you." Hours passed in darkness. Zero couldn't move, couldn't speak. His entire world had become sensation without action. The jarring movement told him he was being transported, but he had no way to affect his situation. Eventually, light flooded in as the crate was opened. A bored-looking shopkeeper sorted through the supplies, tossing Zero into a basket labeled 'Bandages & Wraps.' Days passed. Zero hung limply, able to see only what was directly in front of his fabric form. The shop smelled of herbs and potions. Occasionally, customers would come in, browsing the shelves, but none of them selected him. Then one day, the bell above the door chimed, and a familiar voice filled the shop. "I need medical supplies for our next expedition! Explosions wait for no one!" Even without eyes, Zero would have recognized that enthusiastic declaration. Misa, the infamous explosion mage of the Crimson Demon clan. "Take whatever you need," the shopkeeper called out lazily. Misa approached the basket, humming to herself. "Bandages for Kazuma's inevitable injuries," she muttered, reaching in. Her fingers closed around Zero's form, sending strange sensations through his fabric being. She tossed him into her bag alongside other purchases and left the shop. Later, in what Zero assumed was Misa's home, she emptied her purchases onto a table. "Hmm, I don't remember buying these wide bandages," she said, examining Zero. "But they might be useful for my feet. These boots are killing me." Zero would have gasped if he could. As a human, he'd always harbored secret fantasies about feet, especially those belonging to beautiful women. He was about to be wrapped around Misa's feet. She sat on her bed, pulling off her boots with a sigh of relief. "Ahhhhh! Finally!" The smell hit Zero immediately, strong, musky, and intense. Her feet were pale but dirty from the inside of her boots, with sweat glistening between her toes. "These need some attention," Misa muttered, wiggling her toes. "Maybe these bandages will help with the blisters." She grabbed Zero, stretching him between her hands. The sensation was incredibly terrifying yet strangely thrilling. She began to wrap him around her right foot, starting at the ankle. "Tight but not too tight," she said to herself, methodically covering her foot with Zero's transformed body. Each point of contact with her skin s
